Training pays back first, because it lands on the drafting and admin everyone does daily. Automations take a little longer to set up and return more, because they take over a job that happens every day.
If we start with HiveIQ Scout, do we lose the €999?+
No. Move to a bundle within six months and you pay only the difference.
Can we start with one service and add more later?+
Yes. You pay the difference to the bundle price, not the full individual total.
What isn’t included?+
Your own software and AI subscriptions, and running costs such as call minutes. Travel for on-site work is quoted separately.
What if we need something that isn’t on this page?+
That’s what HiveIQ Forge is for, and its scoping session is free. If it isn’t worth building, you’ll be told at that stage.
How is payment handled?+
Fees are invoiced on engagement and payable on the terms in the engagement letter. HiveIQ Care is billed monthly.
